With around 5000 views on YouTube, mentions on the evening news, in the papers, on the radio and in hallways across the region, it’s not just high-profile Novocastrians becoming Defenders of the Kingdom for the Newcastle Knights in 2009.
The viral campaign has generated a huge amount of interest. When NBN News reported the Lord Mayor’s involvement, there were 500 online views within 30 seconds, sending the NBN website into meltdown.
