Falling passenger numbers and low staff morale were behind the CountryLink brief to refresh their image and improve sales. Peach guided the State’s biggest transport network to an increase in positive brand perceptions with an innovative campaign focusing on service.
‘The service comes naturally’ campaign featured CountryLink staff members in a suite of television commercials, print, press and point of sale. Peach also developed a new contemporary style guide for press and print.
